The City of Dallas, TX (population 1.3 million) seeks an accomplished, ethical, and independent professional to serve as its Inspector General. This executive position is responsible for overseeing the Inspector General Division, ensuring integrity, transparency, and accountability in municipal operations. Reporting directly to the Mayor and City Council, the Inspector General leads a team comprising a Chief Integrity Officer, attorneys, investigators, and support personnel. The Inspector General will be responsible for the development of the department structure as the division was previously housed within the City Attorney’s office. Key Responsibilities: Direct and oversee independent investigations into ethics vio
